The launch ceremony for the Digital Rural Construction Campaign of Nanlang District, was held in Zuobu Village on the afternoon of January 7. The campaign aims to build Zuobu Village a model in digital rural construction.

Since 2019, Zuobu Village has been promoting digital rural construction featuring countryside cultural tourism, specialty industries and modern village management.

"We have installed 18 sets of digital broadcasting equipment in scenic spots and the village to provide emergency service, tourism information, audio tour guide service, music appreciation and other services for the tourists," said Lin Qingbiao, secretary of the Zuobu Village Party branch.

Next, Zuobu Village will further its cooperation with the Zhongshan Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau, Zhongshan Broadcasting & Television Station and Zhongshan Supply and Marketing Cooperatives to develop e-commerce live-streaming bases for agricultural products, rural immersive digital culture and tourism creation bases, and farm products themed on rice.

This year, Zuobu Village will strengthen its information infrastructure and connect itself to Nanlang's social security, transportation, urban management and environmental protection systems, hoping to build a sound network environment for digital rural construction.
