Since the beginning of this year, Zhongshan has further promoted the integrated development of agriculture and tourism. Through the "scenic spots + countryside tourism" mode, Zhongshan has explored a unique way to realize rural revitalization. This focus has played a positive role in promoting the development of rural economy, agricultural infrastructure development, and farmers' entrepreneurship opportunities and prosperity.

Xinlun Village in Minzhong Town is known as "the most beautiful countryside in Guangdong Province". It has vigorously developed rural tourism with the help of Weifeng Ecological Farm, a national AAA level agricultural tourism scenic spot and one of the Guangdong's first agricultural parks, so that more and more local villagers can gain an income from tourism. Since its opening, Weifeng Ecological Farm has received more than 1.2 million visitors. Its annual revenue exceeds 10 million yuan by 2018, and it brings nearly 1 million yuan income to Xinlun Village per year and creates over 1,000 jobs for local villagers.

In Zhongshan, this is not an exception. Guangjun Ecological Park, located in Henglan Town, is another typical example. Guangjun Ecological Park, which was opened in 2016, is located on Liusha Avenue, Liusha Village, with a total area of 200 hectares. It is a large ecological park integrating agricultural sightseeing, outdoor instructional activities, fruit picking and harvest experiences, leisure and entertainment, and catering.
