The Zhongshan People's Government signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Jianhua Holdings Limited on February 17. It marked the world's largest concrete products and comprehensive technical service provider has returned to Zhongshan.

Founded in Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan in 1992, Jianhua has established two industrial groups - Jianhua Construction Materials and Tanghe Holdings - over the past three decades. Jianhua has been selected as one of China's top 500 private enterprises for consecutive years.

Under the framework agreement, Jianhua will invest 1 billion yuan in Xiaolan to establish the Jianhua (China) Supply Chain Group, which will provide major clients with services in terms of domestic supply chain management and international bulk commodity supply chain management. The new company is expected to achieve revenues of at least 20 billion yuan within five years after reaching its full capacity.
