Sanjiao Town Government and Shenzhen Silicon Valley Power Industrial Zone Co., Ltd. sighed a contract for joint efforts in construction of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Hi-tech Demonstration Base. This is the first time in Zhongshan that industrial zones have been managed by a company in a leasing way. This demonstration zone, in which construction field covers nearly 50000 square meters is developed by Sanjiao Town Government. Silicon Valley Power Industrial Zone Co., Ltd has introduced due to its mature business pattern to run the base in a leasing way .

Silicon Valley Power is a pioneer in terms of running a technological Zone in a leasing way. It has built an operation chain including property management site, industrial function scheming, upgrading, investment attraction and management services. At present technological Zone in Shenzhen has an annual output of over 50 billion yuan.

Silicon Valley Power chooses Sanjiao first after it steps out of Shenzhen. It will be based on operation in both Shenzhen and Zhongshan and aim to “build a Shenzhen-Zhongshan Hi-tech Demonstration Base, attracting 100 scientific-technological companies, realizing output value of 10 billion yuan each year” through promotion of technological cooperation and upgrading.
