The Chengyi Waisha Innovation City in Shenwan, Zhongshan's first integrated industrial park renovation project, was approved to receive an integrated renovation reward recently.

The renovation scheme for the Phase 1 of the project, with a total building area of 94,622 square meters, has been approved, and the reward fund will be 9.4622 million yuan. The project will be further rewarded after upon completion. In addition to the municipal incentives, the project will be granted an extra reward of more than 3.7 million yuan by Shenwan Town.

The Chengyi Waisha Innovation City renovation will be implemented in two phases, with 860,000 square meters of high-standard factory buildings expected to be built. The Phase 1 covering an area of 78.9 mu includes four factory buildings, and it will be put into use in August 2023. The whole project will be finished in late 2023.
