Torch Development Zone (TDZ) plans to introduce 16 measures to boost the economy in the first quarter of 2022. The rewards and subsidies will be used to increase production and efficiency ofindustrial enterprises, help service enterprises recover, as well as to promote investment, stabilize employment and deliver warm care and blessing.

In terms of renovating inefficient industrial parks and inviting investment, TDZ will continuously strengthen project coordination and provide each qualified enterprise with a maximum reward of 30 million yuan.

In terms of increasing efficiency and production of enterprises, TDZ will offer rewards and subsidies according to their individual situations, with a maximum bonus of 10 million yuan each.

To help service enterprises recover, TDZ will introduce 4 specific measures, including an award of up to 10 million yuan for enterprises that meet certain criteria.

Besides, TDZ will also launch a "Torch Red Packet" campaign for enterprises and employees continuing production during the Spring Festival holiday so as to stabilize employment.
