The opening ceremony of the Company-based Skilled Talent Service Station (Qingjiang Station) was held in Zhongshan Qingjiang Electrical Technology Co Ltd in South District on January 12.

The Qingjiang Station will provide such services as policy and technical consultation for skilled talent, comprehensive research into talent, job skills competitions, job training activities, third-party skills assessment, vocational skill appraisal, skilled talent transfer, and participation in technical reform.

So far, a total of 81 company-based skilled talent service stations have been established in 21 towns and districts across Zhongshan.

Company-based skilled talent service stations are public service platforms jointly set up by enterprises, Zhongshan Technician College and local departments of human resources and social security to provide high-quality services for talented people working in enterprises and promote enterprise innovation and development.
