Affected by the epidemic situation, Dongsheng Town allocated a special fund of 5 million yuan in mid-March to help the crisp grass carp breeding industry resume production as soon as possible. Dongsheng adopted a subsidized standard of 300 yuan/mu for crisped grass carp breeding ponds. It also formulated detailed rules for the implementation of subsidies and worked hard to fully guide farmers in applying the subsidies.

The Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Dongsheng Town has completed the audit of 480 farming enterprises (individual locations). After the public is thoroughly informed, the subsidy will be allocated quickly.

In addition, the Dongsheng township government also proposed that all village (communities) and residential groups in town should give farmers a reduction in pond rent according to the town subsidy policy to tide over the difficulties with farmers.
