Torch Development Zone (TDZ) recently announced its first anti-epidemic business directory, with a total of 116 enterprises listed and classified into three categories.

Specifically, 49 enterprises including ZPR Printing and Packaging Group are listed in "Category One", 56 including Guangdong Deligent Logistics Co Ltd in "Category Two", and 11 including Zhongshan Haocheng Automation Equipment Co Ltd  in "Category Three".

In order to support work and production resumption, TDZ strengthened financial support and encouraged financial institutions to increase credit support for enterprises. On February 20, TDZ finalized its "Four Golden Articles", one of which is to invest 300 million yuan in financial funds and leverage 5 billion yuan for "anti-epidemic loans" for enterprises.

Since the announcement of "anti-epidemic loans", 16 banks have issued over 300 million yuan in loans with preferential interest rate.
