Fresh college graduates, talented individuals with master's degree or above and talented people with deputy senior titles or above among five types of talented individuals can enjoy a series of preferential policies.

Among them, fresh college graduates can directly handle household registration in Zhongshan. The city has prepared a batch of affordable apartments to meet their basic housing needs. Once employed, these talented individuals can enjoy a 3-year social insurance subsidy. Zhongahan has opened 37 start-up incubators, where talented people can receive a one-time subsidy of 10,000 yuan for start-up businesses and a subsidy of up to 30,000 yuan for start-up businesses that create job opportunities, with an annual subsidy of up to 6,000 yuan and a rent subsidy of up to 3 years.

High-level talented individuals with a master's degree and above, and talented individuals with deputy senior title or above can enjoy a special government subsidy of 800 to 5,000 yuan per month according to various levels, and can also apply for a house purchase subsidy of 100,000 to 2 million yuan if they meet certain conditions. Postdoctoral students who have been admitted by postdoctoral research stations can enjoy 300,000 yuan of scientific research funds and living subsidies.
