"The Vatti servo press was a significant project introduced by the company last year. It took nearly a year to complete, and now we can finish the range hood production process with only three machines," said Zhong Min, pressing workshop manager of Vatti, introduced the latest automated equipment.

In recent years, Vatti has consistently increased its investment in automated manufacturing, and from 2018 to 2023 the amount exceeded 253 million yuan. Through various projects, the company has shut down outdated production facilities, introduced advanced processing equipment, and pushed for industry, product, equipment and management upgrades, particularly the transformation of automated production lines.

Vatti has seen a boost in production efficiency. For example,the servo press machine helps the company increase the production efficiency by 50%, and the automated general production lines help it save production costs of about 3.63 million yuan per year.

Vatti was established in April 1992. As one of the earliest listed companies in China's kitchen appliance industry, Vatti has remained deeply rooted in Zhongshan for the past 30 years. It is a local enterprise with its headquarters, production bases, supply chain and tax contributions all located in Zhongshan.

Vatti plans to invest 1.2 billion yuan in constructing a high-end, digital, intelligent industrial park for kitchen appliances in Xiaolan Town. The park is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. Once it goes into operation, the park will be able to produce 3 million units of kitchen appliances per year, with an additional annual output value of 4 billion yuan and an additional tax revenue of 140 million yuan.
