The final of the 2023 "Maker in Guangdong" Smart Home and Electric Appliances SMEs Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition took place in Guangzhou on July 12.

Since starting this May, the competition has drawn wide attention and collected 131 entries. In the final, the finalists showed the technical highlights, advantages and market prospects of their projects.

The final was divided into the enterprise group and the maker group, with 14 and 5 winners in the end respectively.

In the enterprise group, Zhongshan-based company Goai won the first prize with its "Plasma Electric Stove", and Zhongshan-based company Caromi won the third prize with its "Caromi Eye Adaptation Trainer for Safe and Efficient Vision Protection".
