The groundbreaking ceremony of Zhongshan Huaquan Commercial Plaza in Minzhong District, Torch Development Zone was held on the morning of March 28.

Located at the intersection of Panzhong Highway and Yangguang Avenue, with a planned total investment of 250 million yuan, Huaquan Commercial Plaza includes a 13-story hotel, a 2-story commercial building and two supporting commercial buildings.

The project will bring in Hilton to create a high-end commercial complex with star-rated hotel, famous restaurants, shopping center, facilities for swimming and shooting games, and cinema.
