On the evening of October 11, CCTV News broadcast "Guangdong Zhongshan: Building a High-quality Business-friendly City". The program that lasted for 1 minute and 41 seconds highlighted Zhongshan's efforts to improve its urban competitiveness, including the "16 policies for talent" and the "rapid approval for construction" policy Tsuihang New District rolled out.


The 8th Plenary Session of the 14th Zhongshan Municipal Committee of the CPC proposed the "Three-year Development" plan, one of which was the "Stabilizing Enterprises and Businesses Year". At present, the approval times for investment project and public investment project in Zhongshan have been cut down to 39 working days most. As of September 30, the number of registered market entities in Zhongshan exceeded 500,000.
