Guangdong Kinlong Hardware Products Co started the construction of its digital and intelligent industrial park in Zhongshan on October 19. It was the second manufacturing project with an investment of over one billion yuan that started construction in Xiaolan Town this year.

The Kinlong industrial park, located on the land parcel for industrial park renovation on Yongning Gongye Avenue in Xiaolan Town, has a total investment of 1.03 billion yuan and covers a land area of about 109 mu. It will be built into a modern industrial complex that integrates the research and development, production and marketing of such products as door locks, bathrooms and accessories, and lighting fixtures.

Basing on Xiaolan's industrial resources, the Kinlong industrial park will adopt advanced manufacturing and processing techniques and production line equipment to realize intelligent production, intelligent warehousing and intelligent logistics as well as to develop into a digital and intelligent benchmark demonstration factory.

Once it reaches full capacity, the Kinlong industrial park's annual output value will exceed three billion yuan and annual tax revenue will exceed 130 million yuan.
