The main structure of Torch Group's ready-made dishes production and distribution base (Phase 1) was topped out on January 31.

The project is located in Haosi Village, with a total investment of 350 million yuan and a land area of 46 mu. Phase 1 has a total construction area of 33,700 square meters, and it will be built into a central kitchen and distribution center for processing, warehousing, research and development, and office use. Phase 1 includes a six-story factory building (including basement and warehouses), with facilities for cold chain logistics, food and agricultural product storage, and etc.

The project is expected to go into operation in September 2024, after which it is estimated to produce 30,000 tons of ready-made dishes annually, satisfying the daily food supply for 300,000 people. Its estimated annual output value is over 1.4 billion yuan, with an annual tax contribution of about 140 million yuan, and it will provide some 1,000 jobs.
