The Xiaolan Beiqu District High-end Environmental Protection Industrial Park is under construction.

Zhongshan held a special press conference on the planning and construction of collective industrial parks on the morning of April 26.

The press conference reviewed the current progress on the planning and construction of collective industrial parks in Zhongshan, shared Xiaolan Town's concepts and measures in collective industrial park construction, and answered questions from journalists on the development model and supporting policies for collective industrial parks as well as on the regional economic development of the town.

It is reported that the Zhongshan Bureau of Ecology and Environment has started the compiling of the Construction Planning of Collective Factories and Collective Industrial Park of Zhongshan. It is the country's first document on the planning of collective industrial parks related to ecological and environmental protection.

The planning and construction of collective industrial parks have been included in the government work report for 2022. Currently, the first batch of 18 collective factories (industrial parks) in 13 towns and districts are under construction. They involve such areas as metal finishing and spraying, furniture spraying, foaming and agricultural "green island" construction that will boost the development of Zhongshan.
