As a strong modern service industry area, East District has accelerated its construction of the new human resources service industry park this year. At present, the industry park is being decorated and will officially open in late August.

The industry park is located in Hengtai Building at the intersection of Zhongshan Road and Changjiang Road, with a planning area of 10,000 square meters. About 5,000 square meters will be put into use in the first year, of which 1,000 square meters will be set up as an innovation and entrepreneurship base.

The industry park plans to introduce more than 20 human resource service agencies, industry associations tied to the industrial chain and related entrepreneurial entities in the first year. The park will mainly provide services such as cultivation, incubation, exhibition, and trading for the settled enterprises.

In order to attract high-level human resource service institutions, East District launched the "24 Incentives", providing a total subsidy of 20 million yuan for enterprises.
