Ltd. was exported to New York, which pioneered the export and symbolized the successful deep processing of Zhongshan’s crispy grass carp. The export also extended the industrial chain of the famous Chinese agricultural product.

As one of Zhongshan’s typical aquatic products, crispy grass carp has long been famous home and abroad. Average families seldom consume crispy grass carp due to the size of the product (a crispy grass carp is about 5kg). On March 8, a forum on grass carp processing technology was held, which is the prelude to the deep processing of grass carp. The crispy grass carp for export is bred according export standards and processed at Xinxing Aquatic Products Processing Factory which is certified by HACCP and European Union.
