The national intellectual property administration recently announced the registration of the "Hengmen" (category 29) and "Zuobu" (category 39) collective trademarks. So far, Zhongshan has a total of 5 registered collective trademarks.

Since 2020, the municipal market regulation authority has started the construction of trademark and brand cultivation workstations. Currently, workstations of this kind have been set up in all towns and districts, allowing the public to directly handle trademark registration and related business.

From January to July this year, the Zhongshan service window for trademark registration and related business, under the national intellectual property administration, has accepted some 2,394 cases, ranking second in Guangdong only to Shenzhen.
