Opening ceremony of Public Welfare Cultural Festival & 4th “Bo’ai 100” in Zhongshan will be launched in Daxin Shopping Mall of Ocean City in Eastern District on May 28th. A series of activities including car cruising, four-wheeler race, (intangible cultural heritage) almond cake making, community cultural welfare concert, etc. will be held.

According to the organizing committee, “Internet Plus Welfare” mode will continue this year in order to let citizens attend and enjoy more welfare programs. Zhongshan also plans to hold “Public Welfare Cultural Festival” and “Bo’ai 100” venture capital at the last weekend of May each year to spread philanthropic welfare, raise people’s awareness and make welfare a life style of Zhongshan people.
