Various activities are held in schools to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sun Yat-sen.

In order to let children better learn and understand Sun Yat-sen culture and spirit in playing, educators in Zhongshan manage to organize various activities to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Birth of Sun Yat-sen.

In Shiqi Center Primary School, students are able to take part in activities such as Chorus, poem recitation and exhibition of comic books on Sun Yat-sen.

Furthermore, four schools in Zhongshan, including Shiqi Center Primary School, Yang Xianyi Primary School, Gao Jiaji Primary School and Di Yicheng Primary School, are awarded the “Education Base of Sun Yat-sen Culture popularization”.

President of Sun Yat-Sen Research Society Yang Hai advocated that students’ should truly understand Sun Yat-sen spirit through various activities instead of memorizing and reciting mechanically.
