The municipal CPPCC Chair Qiu Shuhong, Vice Mayor Yang Wenlong, the municipal CPPCC Vice Chair Guo Huibing, etc. started a special inspection on Project Caring for the Old, which is one of the ten major projects concerning citizens in 2016. Municipal leaders and the inspection panel visited Eastern District Service Center for the Old, Zhongshan City Yilao Health Care Service Center and so on to know about how service for the old is going on.

In recent years our city has gradually provided “call service device” for the old people above 60 through social donation and government procurement, creating services like “one key service”, “love bell”, “care bell”, “safety service” and so on. So far the aiding information platform for the old has covered over 50,000 old people of the city.
