At the invitation of the Macao SAR Government, a delegation of Olympic athletes from the mainland arrived in Macao by bus via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge on December 19 for a three-day exchange.

The delegation includes 29 athletes and 3 coaches from 12 sports events in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, including "Asian Flying Man" Su Bingtian, four-time Olympic participant Gong Lijiao, table tennis legend Ma Long, swimming coach Wang Aimin, weightlifting coach Shao Guoqiang and rowing coach Zhang Xiuyun, who have trained many Olympic champions for the country.

During the visit to Macao, the delegation will attend the flag-raising ceremony for the 22nd anniversary of the founding of the Macao SAR as well as such events as get-together party, exchange activity with young athletes in Macao and interaction activities in Macao communities.
