A team led by vice governor Lan Fo’an made a visit to Zhongshan recently to send festival greetings to migrant workers and needy Party members.

The team first came to Sensun Weighing Instrument Co. Ltd, a leading supplier of household weighing instruments in the world. Of the 2800 employees in the corporation, 90% are migrant workers. To establish a cohesive enterprise culture, the corporation sets up a fund of mutual aid, asking each employee to donate one yuan every month to the fund. Lan lauded this practice calling it a good measure to strengthen cohesive force in the enterprise.

The team then paid a visit to veteran Party member GuoYaojia. Lan urged leaders of related departments of the municipal and township government to provide assistance and support to the needy and help them overcome difficulties.

Major municipal leaders Chen Ruigui, Chen Xiaojuan and Fang Weiting accompanied Lan through the tour.
